 A hare and a tortoise had a race. The hare was fast, and the tortoise was 
 slow. “I can easily win,” thought the hare. “I think I’ll take a rest.” He lay 
 down and slept. However, the tortoise kept going. He was slow but he 
 didn’t stop. Hours later, the hare woke up. “Oh no,” he said, “the tortoise 
 is winning!”. He ran very fast to catch up, but the tortoise was already at 
 the finish line. The tortoise won the race because he didn’t give up. The 
 hare learned to be less confident.
  The tortoise thought, “I can easily win.”
