 -ED  Động từ kết thỳc bằng “e/ee” live lived

  Động từ 1 õm tiết và động từ 2 fit fitted
 õm tiết cú trọng õm ở sau gấp rub rubbed
 đụi phụ õm rồi thờm “ed”.
 Một số động từ bất quy tắc: go went, see saw, buy bought, ...
PRONUNCIATION
Cỏc từ cú đuụi -ed thường là cỏc động từ thường ở thỡ quỏ khứ đơn, với cỏc động từ này ta cú 
cỏc cỏch phỏt õm như sau:
1. Phỏt õm là /id/ khi động từ tận cựng bằng hai phụ õm /t/, /d/.

lifted /lɪftid/ nõng, đỡ

/z/, /ʒ/, /dʒ/, /ð/, /m/, /n/, /η/, /l/, /r/ và cỏc nguyờn õm.
