I. LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Understand introductory dialogues; ask and answer about where people are from, take turns, and use 
pictures as evidence.

Be friendly towards people from different countries; do not infer nationality from appearance alone.

Use the teacher’s shared computer. Pupils choose a keyword before a representative types it and finds 
the card. No account or uncontrolled internet image search is needed. Without a device, use printed 
cards for English practice; do not record digital operation as achieved.
If textbook audio is unavailable, read the supplied dialogue and have pupils respond in role; do not 
claim they have heard the recording. Give out the Pupil card frames to prepare for the Project in Period 
10 next week.
